From Tennessee to Tallaght: Robert Coffey launches Innovative hiring solution
Robert Coffey introduces a scalable solution designed to improve recruitment efficiency for businesses across Ireland, the UK and the USA.
Irish entrepreneur Robert Coffey has launched HireWise recruitment agency back in January of 2024. With another project set to launch later this year which is a new recruitment focused solution with AI to help improve how businesses hire talented employees.
It is an app designed to address gaps in traditional hiring processes, offering a more flexible approach especially for small and growing businesses.
Robert Coffey said the idea came from recognising inefficiencies in recruitment systems and building a tool that could adapt to different business ideas.
Speaking about his journey, Coffey said;
“There’s going to be difficult elements to any path in your career. That’s something that stayed with me from my dad”.
Offering advice to others looking to start a business, he added;
“Find something your passionate about and that motivates you, if you find something you don’t like you wont make it through the hard times”.
HireWise continues to expand as the new project marks its entry into the recruitment sector, with further development planned as it scales internationally in the future.
