All the brilliant basics, as we like to call them. When you bring your company to WorkIQ, you do not have to worry about the boring stuff such as water or electricity. We have got you covered. We also have on-site tea stations available for all customers, business support, top-of-the-line internet connection, manned reception, post handling, 24/7 secure access, shower facilities, and loads of networking opportunities and wellness programmes.
We are an innovation centre, that means that we operate a Gateway policy for our offices are for people working in technology or innovation. You don’t have to be building AI robots (although that’s very cool if you are!) but we are looking to build a community of like-minded people, so we need to understand how you can fit into that.
Our flexible lease agreements give you the flexibility to adjust your office space as your business evolves. Whether your business grows and requires more square footage, or if you need to downsize due to changing circumstances, our team is dedicated to finding the perfect solution for your changing needs.
We want to be able to host everyone from graphic designers to guys doing cyber security to gals designing silicon chips, so our own door offices are unfurnished. This leaves every company free to spec to meet their needs. If you want help sourcing furniture, we are more than happy to refer you to some of our partners.
The office spaces at WorkIQ come in varying sizes to cater to the unique needs of businesses. Our smallest office starts at 13 sqm, ideal for freelancers or small teams who need a dedicated workspace. These offices are perfect for those looking for privacy and quietness while still being able to collaborate with other members in shared meeting rooms and communal areas. For larger teams, we offer office spaces of up to 60 sqm, ideal for team of 10.
We are committed to going greener and strongly recommend that all our customers use public transportation or cycle to our building. Due to our sustainability efforts, we have a limited number of car spaces available, which are prioritized for visitors. These spaces can be booked in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are several cost effective parking options within a 3-minute walk from our building.
Yes, our workspace is fully accessible for people with disabilities. Our building has been designed to meet accessibility standards and we strive to provide an inclusive environment for all our members. We have accessible entrances, elevators, and restrooms. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and accommodating workspace for all individuals regardless of their abilities.
For most people, it’s enough to know that we have really fast, really stable Wi-Fi throughout the building. You can get online and make Video calls until the cows come home. For those with more detailed requirements; there are LAN ports throughout, each customer gets their own secure virtual private network and we have dual fail-over fibre connections. Static IP addresses, VOIP and dedicated bandwidth are available.
For those with really hardcore, specific and/or complicated queries, we are happy to arrange calls with our IT team, so you can speak to the tech nerds to ensure that what you need is deliverable on our end.
