Meet Curtis Murray — a Tallaght native who turned his experience in digital advertising into a thriving agency built entirely on his own terms. Founded in January 2025, Glint & Glow helps construction companies grow through bold, results-driven marketing strategies. This is his story.


Curtis Murray is building the future of construction marketing

Local Tallaght man Curtis Murray is reshaping how construction companies grow with bold advertising strategies that turn projects into powerful brands.

Curtis Murray is a local Tallaght man who started his journey into advertising and marketing in TUD Tallaght. Although there was a slight set back with Curtis reaching the finish line in college, Curtis’s ambition really kicked in to get him there after his job in google ads really showed him what he is capable of in the advertising world.

Murray is the founder of “Glint and Glow”. His journey started when he found his advertising agency after gaining hands on experience working in Google Ads. There he sharpened his skills in digital marketing and campaign strategy. While the role gave him a strong foundation, he quickly realised he didn’t enjoy being controlled by corporate structures or “being told what to do”. Driven by a desire for independence and a willingness to take on real responsibility, he set out to build something of his own. His motivation above was providing a better future for his kids, claiming it’s “All for them”. Curtis poured his energy into creating an agency that helps construction companies grow, combining his work ethic, ambition, and commitment. Based in Tallaght, Curtis now runs his business from the WorkIQ building.

He started the business in January 2025, taking a bold step toward building something on his own terms. Looking ahead, Curtis has ambitions beyond advertising, with plans to one day launch a skincare brand tailored specifically for young men. This combines his entrepreneurial drive with a vision to create something impactful in a completely new space.

For Curtis, the journey is just getting started, and he embraces every challenge that comes with it. He firmly believes that setbacks are part of the process, often saying that you “learn, adapt and grow” when you fail. With that mindset, he continues to build, learn, and evolve. He is focused not just on success, but on becoming better with every step along the way.
