At WorkIQ, we pride ourselves on being a hub for creativity and innovation. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting two remarkable events that highlight our commitment to fostering cultural and technological advancements in our community.
If you are looking for a venue in South Dublin for your event, we are here to help.
Red Line Book Festival
On September 10th, we hosted the launch of the Red Line Book Festival 2024, an annual celebration of literature, storytelling, and creativity. Organized by South Dublin Libraries and Arts at South Dublin County Council, this festival brings together local, national, and international writers for a week of engaging events. From author talks and workshops to performances and family fun days, the festival offers something for everyone. Don’t miss out on the upcoming events from October 14th to October 20th, featuring over 40 literary events and an eclectic mix of established writers and new voices.
This isn’t the only event from the festival that we are hosting this year. On October 16th, Mark Fennell will be here to talk about his new book, Breakthrough. He is an esteemed high-performance speaker, best-selling author, and life coach with an impressive 20-year track record, renowned for his deep understanding of the human mind, psychology, motivation, mindset, wellness, and performance.
If this interests you, don’t forget to reserve your spot (it’s free!) here.
Discovery Dublin Trails App
In another exciting event later in the week, on October 13th, we hosted the relaunch of the Dublin Discovery Trails app by South Dublin. This innovative app offers GPS-enabled walking trails that guide users through South Dublin’s rich cultural, heritage, and historical sites. The launch event included a demonstration of the app’s features, showcasing how it transforms the way we explore and experience South Dublin.
Attendees were invited to try out the app and embark on a virtual journey through the four southern trails: Tallaght Heritage Trail, Clondalkin Heritage Trail, Templeogue Heritage Trail, and Rathfarnham Rebellion Trail. So if you are in the mood to discover hidden stories and historical landmarks along the way, here are our suggestions.
