We’ve partnered with Recycle IT, a social enterprise based in Dublin, to make it easier for everyone in our community to recycle their unwanted electrical items – right here at WorkIQ.
If you’ve got old gadgets gathering dust in your drawer (we’re looking at you, retired kettle or pre-smartphone phone), you can now drop them off in our Recycle IT collection bin, conveniently located on the ground floor near reception.
Why We’re Doing This
At WorkIQ, we believe innovation and sustainability go hand in hand. By providing a local drop-off point for small electrical items, we’re helping reduce the number of devices that end up in landfill while supporting a circular economy in South Dublin.
Every small action counts – and recycling your old tech or household gadgets is one of the easiest ways to make a positive environmental impact.
What You Can Recycle
The Recycle IT bin accepts most small household and office electrical items, including:
- Phones, tablets, and chargers
- Kettles, toasters, and hairdryers
- Remote controls, cables, and keyboards
- Small electronics or office gadgets

How It Works
- Gather your unwanted electricals – no need to remove plugs or cords.
- Drop them in the Recycle IT bin at WorkIQ.
- Recycle IT collects the items safely for proper recycling and recovery.
It’s a small step for your workspace, but a big one for sustainability.
