We caught up with Curtis to learn more about the business and his experience at WorkIQ so far.
Can you tell us a bit about what your company does and what you’re currently working on?
Glint & Glow is a Dublin-based social-first marketing agency. We work primarily with established home-improvement and trade businesses across Ireland — companies like attic conversion specialists, carpenters, renovators and construction firms.
We help them stand out on social media and win more profitable projects through short-form content, paid advertising and structured marketing systems.
Right now, we’re focused on helping our clients build stronger brand presence locally while also improving the quality (not just quantity) of the enquiries they generate.



What problem does your business help solve, and why is that important to you or your clients?
Most trade and construction businesses rely heavily on referrals. That works… until it doesn’t.
We help them build predictable visibility and enquiry flow through social media and paid advertising, so they’re not dependent on word of mouth alone.
For many of our clients, we’re helping them move from “busy but reactive” to “positioned and in demand,” which means they can choose better projects and protect their margins.
That’s important to me because I’ve seen too many great businesses undersell themselves simply because they weren’t visible enough online.
What’s one of the bigger challenges you’ve faced recently as a business?
Like most growing agencies, managing expansion responsibly has been a key focus, making sure we don’t scale too quickly at the expense of quality.
We’re very protective of the results we deliver, so a big challenge (and priority) has been building internal systems that allow us to grow while keeping standards high.
Is there something about your company or the work you do that might surprise people?
We don’t create glossy brand films.
Everything we produce is designed specifically for social media… practical, fast-paced, authentic content that actually converts viewers into enquiries.
A lot of people assume “marketing agency” means polished corporate videos. For us, it’s about performance-driven content that works in real-world feeds.
What are you most proud of in the business so far?
Building an agency that supports established Irish businesses while also maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Many of our partnerships are long-term (some over 6 years), and seeing our clients grow and become well-known brands is something I’m genuinely proud of.
What made you choose WorkIQ as your workspace?
The environment.
As a business owner, having a professional space to work from (separate from home) makes a huge difference in focus and mindset. It’s hard to get much done from home when you have 2 young kids full of energy in the home!
It’s also great being around other business owners and teams who are building things.
How have you found WorkIQ and the community since being based here?
Really positive.
It’s a relaxed but productive environment, and there’s a genuine sense of community. The team are always approachable and helpful, and it doesn’t feel like just “a desk rental” — it feels like a supportive business space.
