Tell us what your company does and what you’re currently working on
Cadent Sourcing provides Recruitment-as-a-Service which means for a fixed single price, determined on the period of time you need us, we will source for all your open vacancies. We begin this process by sourcing your top priority roles first and then progressively working our way through your active roles. We present a candidate shortlist for each role to you from which you can hire as many as you wish with no added cost.
We are currently support the sourcing for Irish, Dutch and British companies, across their European markets
What problem are you solving, and why does it matter?
Candidate Sourcing. The hardest part of recruitment is finding a strong enough candidate shortlist, from which to select your talent. We do a thorough market search to make sure our clients have the best available talent in the market.
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced recently as a company?
Balance the high cost of candidate sourcing, including the tool and the time, with our commitment to being cost saving provider with our clients.
What’s one thing about your business that most people would be surprised to learn?
We don’t charge placement fees.
What are you most proud of in your business so far?
We are a new alternative to companies recruitment. By focusing on one are of the recruitment process, and by offering fixed pricing, we offer something that is unique but effective for our clients.
