We’re delighted to welcome Pablosec Solutions to the WorkIQ community.
Recently joining the building, Pablosec Solutions is a cybersecurity consultancy working with organisations across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, supporting complex environments where security, reliability, and trust are critical.
We sent some questions to its Director, Pablo Treviño, to learn more about what they do, the challenges they’re navigating, and why WorkIQ felt like the right place for this stage of their journey. Shall we?

Tell us what your company does and what you’re currently working on
Pablosec is a B2B cybersecurity consultancy. We design, architect and implement security solutions for organisations in Ireland, the UK and across Europe. Right now, we’re delivering security architecture and network protection projects for complex environments and helping customers strengthen resilience and compliance as their infrastructure evolves.
What problem are you solving, and why does it matter?
In a highly connected world, cyber risk keeps rising as businesses, consumers and supply chains become more digital. Many organisations buy “boxes” without a clear design, roadmap or outcome. We solve that by delivering security engineering, right-sized architecture, integration and hardening so customers get real protection that works in complex environments such as industry, media and production, and distributed sites.
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced recently as a company?
Building a predictable sales pipeline in an unstable economic climate. Buying cycles are longer, budgets change quickly, and customers want measurable value. As a result, we focus heavily on trust, delivery quality, and long-term partnerships.
What’s one thing about your business that most people would be surprised to learn?
We support a customer with infrastructure connected to space systems, which means the security requirements and reliability standards are exceptionally high.
Why did you choose WorkIQ for your workspace right now?
WorkIQ is open, friendly, and flexible, and the location is a real advantage for a cybersecurity engineering business. We’re close to the M50, and in telecom terms we jokingly call it the “T-50”, the fibre ring that connects key carrier routes and many of Dublin’s data-centre corridors.
A lot of our customers host infrastructure in those nearby facilities, so being based here helps us support them faster, whether that’s a site visit, a critical deployment, or troubleshooting connectivity and security in real time.
What has been your first impression of WorkIQ and the community?
Very welcoming and interactive. It’s a genuinely collaborative environment, people are approachable, conversations happen naturally, and the community energy is great. We jokingly call it the “green box” or “green bunker” because of the building.
