Born and raised in Tallaght, Daniel embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that defines South Dublin’s rapid evolution from a town to a thriving metropolis. With a diverse educational background encompassing Undergraduate studies in Avionics, and Aeronautical and Postgrad studies in Innovation & Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Advertising brings a unique blend of technical acumen and creative thinking to the table.
Daniel’s career has been marked by his invaluable contributions to various startups in South Dublin. His roles in Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing have played a pivotal role in expanding client bases, refining offerings, and steering companies towards international success. His firsthand experience in the startup realm, coupled with a passion for innovation, positions him as a trusted advisor for businesses navigating the dynamic landscape.
Notably, Daniel is the visionary behind Luggwoods, a beloved family experience overlooking South Dublin that draws 100,000 visitors annually. His entrepreneurial prowess extends to the tech realm, where he pioneered a blockchain-based savings platform catering to first-time homebuyers.
Beyond the business sphere, Daniel is a firm believer in achieving personal growth through a connection with nature. As a keen outdoorsman, sports enthusiast, and wellness practitioner, he established Rewild Adventures in 2021. This venture reflects his commitment to helping individuals reconnect with their true nature through immersive outdoor programmess.

At WorkIQ, he focuses on building a connected and investable ecosystem: a community of founders, students, and creators who share knowledge, support one another, and turn ambition into tangible outcomes. Daniel sees innovation flourish when people, ideas, and resources align and when founders can rely on the persistence, grit, and backing of a supportive community.
Through initiatives like Seed to Success and partnerships with TU Dublin and Tallaght University Hospital, Daniel works alongside local partners to help make WorkIQ a platform where early-stage entrepreneurs can learn, experiment, and grow their ideas. His work supports the foundations of South Dublin’s innovation ecosystem and complements the visionary investments made by SDCC, connecting local talent with the guidance, resources, and networks they need to thrive.
With experience across strategy, brand development, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem design, Daniel brings both creative insight and commercial clarity to projects, helping founders and partners see the bigger picture and act with purpose.
