We’re delighted to welcome Claudia Walsh to the WorkIQ community. Claudia is a personal stylist helping women feel confident and aligned with who they are through colour, styling, and wardrobe transformation. Alongside her styling business, she is preparing to launch her new brand, MUSE Jewellery.
Tell us what your company does and what you’re currently working on
Claudia Walsh Stylist helps women feel confident and aligned with who they are through colour analysis, personal styling, wardrobe edits, and fashion-led experiences. Alongside running my own business, I also work as a stylist in Kildare Village, which keeps me closely connected to both clients and the retail fashion industry.
Right now, I’m working on a mix of one-to-one client styling, workshops, and brand collaborations, alongside the exciting launch of MUSE Jewellery, a collection inspired by muses, femininity, and self-expression, which beautifully complements my styling work.
What problem are you solving, and why does it matter?
So many women feel disconnected from their wardrobes, from being overwhelmed by choice, unsure what suits them, or stuck wearing things that don’t reflect who they are today.
I help simplify that. By bringing clarity, colour, and intention into getting dressed, women gain confidence, save time and money, and show up feeling more like themselves, which impacts everything from work to personal life.
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced recently?
Growth, in a good way. As the business evolves, balancing creative work with structure, systems, and expansion, especially while launching a new jewellery brand, has been a challenge. Learning when to slow down, delegate, and protect creative energy has been key.
What’s one thing about your business that might surprise people?
Styling isn’t really about clothes, it’s actually more about mindset. Many sessions feel more like confidence coaching than shopping. Clothes are just the tool. The real transformation happens when someone sees themselves differently.
What are you most proud of so far?
The trust my clients place in me. Many come back year after year, recommend me to friends and family, and grow alongside the brand. Building a business rooted in connection, creativity, and authenticity, and now expanding that into MUSE Jewellery, is something I’m incredibly proud of.

I chose WorkIQ because it strikes the perfect balance between creativity and professionalism. The location is ideal, the space is beautiful and inspiring, and the atmosphere feels calm but energising at the same time.
First impressions of the WorkIQ community?
As I’m still getting settled in, I haven’t had the chance to meet many people yet, but my first impression has been very positive. The team have been incredibly welcoming and helpful, and there’s a lovely, calm energy in the building. It already feels like a space where collaboration and connection happen naturally, and I’m really looking forward to becoming part of the wider WorkIQ community over time.
